Requirements for Admission

  1. Filipino Applicants
    • A duly accomplished form (downloadable through our website)
    • Certification from the High School Principal/Guidance Counsellor/Registrar that the applicant belongs to the graduating class
    • NSO birth certificate (original and photocopy)
    • passport size (2x2) pictures
    • One long brown envelop and one long folder
    • Application fee
  2. Foreign Applicants
    • Transcript of records and diploma authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicants' country (5 copies
    • Personal History Statement accomplished and signed by the applicants
    • Notarized affidavit of support and proof of financial capability
    • Police clearance from the place of origin
    • Birth certificate
    • Passport
